Dr. Moas borrowed from the works of His Eminence Robert Sarah (Cardinal and retired prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship), Saint Ignatius of Loyola, and other scholarly sources to show how necessary silence is in both our professional and personal lives. He outlined some practical tips on how to avoid multi-tasking and how to prioritize communication.
