Fathers and Sons Apostolate Gathers for Mass and Breakfast at Belen Jesuit
On Tuesday, October 20, the Fathers and Sons Apostolate of the ACU Miami Chapter, led by Congregante Nicola Stasi, organized its Father and Son Mass at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School. Held at 7:15 a.m. in the beautiful Our Lady of Belen Chapel, the Mass brought together fathers and sons for a morning centered on faith, family, and prayer. Over 150 fathers registered for the event, which was celebrated by Fr. Willie García-Tuñón, S.J., President of Belen Jesuit and former Director of the ACU.
Following Mass, approximately 70 fathers gathered at the ACU Miami house for breakfast and fellowship. During the gathering, Seth Caraecle, Management Administrator of the ACU, delivered a presentation offering practical guidance on parenting children as they transition into college, emphasizing the importance of keeping the Catholic faith at the center of family life. His reflection encouraged fathers to remain actively involved in their children's spiritual formation, fostering open communication, leading by example, and helping them navigate the challenges of college life while remaining rooted in Christ.
The morning provided a meaningful opportunity for fathers to strengthen their relationships with their sons, connect with fellow Catholic men, and become more familiar with the mission of the ACU. Through gatherings such as these, the Fathers and Sons Apostolate continues its commitment to supporting fathers in their vocation as spiritual leaders of their families.
