The ACU @ FIU
The FIU Student Group met last Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Miami Chapter Campus for its regular formation meeting. Congregante Willie Cueto led a presentation on the lived experience of the Beatitudes, providing real-world examples of how to exhibit these virtues as college students. Each beatitude was discussed separately and connected to the discussion of the previous meeting, which addressed the ordering of priorities: God, self, family/others, career/work/education, and support activities. Furthermore, the life of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati was used as an example of a man who lived the Beatitudes.
