At the first meeting of the semester of the ACU University of Miami Student Group Juilo I. Ruiz gave a compelling presentation on the extraordinary life of Walter Ciszek, S.J.

As part of his talk, Julio asked the students to close their eyes. He then led them through a couple of meditation-like vignettes of experiences from Father Ciszek’s life including his solitary confinement in the infamous Lubyanka prison in Moscow and a Siberian forced labor camp.
