Our Lord is so generous! He gives us many gifts and it is our responsibility to do great things with them. It is a privilege to receive these things from our God, let us live with great courage to accomplish great deeds.

The ACU Atlanta has been working to refurbish the Stations of the Cross at the Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat House. They finished the work today.

The Miami Chapter will be hosting their weekly Guardia Sabatina this Saturday, November 19th. Doors open at 10:00 AM and Mass will begin at 10:30. After Mass there will be a presentation and lunch.

Willie Cueto, Congregante '97, speaks to us about a book titled, "From Christendom to Apostolic Mission." His presentation which later turns into a discussion, explains how the Church has gotten bigger, and smaller, as the clock keeps ticking. It explores the relationship between the Church and society, which leads to a great discussion after the presentation.

Fr. Aaron Pidel, SJ, speaks to us about the way that we are to give alms according to St. Ignatius. We often hear "Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing," but how do we spread the Good News if we are keeping our deeds to ourselves? Fr. Aaron guides us in a conversation about the way that we should give alms.

Marty Perez, Congregante '94, speaks to the Miami Chapter on the life and dignity of St. Joseph. Saint Joseph continues to be a big inspiration and model for many agrupados throughout the world, let's learn more about what makes him so great!

Pastoral Administrator, Erik Vieira, speaks to us about the role of the Laity in the Church. This presentation is a summary on the 7th formation booklet by Dr. Ambrosio Gonzalez del Valle. After the presentation, there is a brief discussion.

Carlos Muñiz, a Congregante since 1991, leads us on a discussion based on the information from the formation booklet, "Sin & Man" by Dr. Ambrosio Gonzalez del Valle.

The ACU Atlanta retreat held this past weekend (25-27 March) was excellent. Twenty men attended the retreat preached by Father Sáenz and held at the Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center. The participants included three young men and four men who traveled to Atlanta from Miami, Charleston SC and Los Angeles. Ignatius House is a wonderful center for retreats that makes it easy for those attending to withdraw from the daily disturbances.
