The ACU @ FIU
This past Monday, March 23, 2026, the FIU aspirantado met at the Miami chapter campus for its regular bi-monthly formation meeting led by Congregant William Cueto. The group continued its review of Unshakeable, a book by Fr. Michael Schmitz that discusses the cultivation of virtue in our modern world. The virtues covered at this meeting were obedience, endurance, virtuous friendship, and magnanimity. The lecture also incorporated a recorded interview of Michael Iskander from the Hallowed App. Michael Iskander is the lead actor in the House of David TV series, playing the role of King David. He is a convert to Catholicism. The group is also utilizing the catechism to complement the teachings of the book.

El pasado lunes 23 de marzo de 2026, el grupo de aspirantes de la FIU se reunió en el campus de Miami para su encuentro formativo bimensual, dirigido por el Congregante William Cueto. El grupo continuó su estudio de «Inquebrantable», un libro del Padre Michael Schmitz que aborda el cultivo de la virtud en el mundo actual. Las virtudes tratadas en esta reunión fueron la obediencia, la perseverancia, la amistad virtuosa y la magnanimidad. La charla también incluyó una entrevista con Michael Iskander de la aplicación Hallowed. Michael Iskander es el actor principal de la serie de televisión «La Casa de David» e interpreta al Rey David. Es un converso al catolicismo. El grupo también utiliza el catecismo para complementar las enseñanzas del libro.
