The ACU in Bimini
El fin de semana pasado, nuestro Director, el P. Jorge Luis Rojas, S.J., fue invitado por los congregantes Dr. Carlos Moas, Alex Plasencia y Dr. Carlos Interian a Bimini para un fin de semana de pesca y para celebrar la misa en la Parroquia Católica Romana del Santo Nombre, la única iglesia católica de la isla. Asistieron numerosos otros agrupados, amigos y miembros de las familias Moas, Plasencia e Interian, incluyendo al expresidente inmediato de la ACU, el Dr. Luis Sánchez. La Parroquia del Santo Nombre dio la bienvenida al P. Rojas y lo incluyó en el boletín semanal. Fue un compartir fraternal y una convivencia para recordar siempre. Jóvenes y adultos se reunieron en un espíritu de celebración compartido en la Eucaristía.

This past weekend, our Director, Fr. Jorge Luis Rojas, S.J., was invited by Congregantes Dr. Carlos Moas, Alex Plasencia, and Dr. Carlos Interian to Bimini for a weekend of fishing and to celebrate Mass at Holy Name Roman Catholic Parish, the only Catholic Church on the island. Numerous other Agrupados and friends and members of the Moas, Plasencia, and Interian families were in attendance, including the ACU immediate past president, Dr. Luis Sanchez. Holy Name Parish welcomed Fr. Rojas to the parish and included him in the weekly bulletin. It was a fraternal sharing and a conviviality to always remember. Young people and adults gathered together in a shared celebratory spirit at the Eucharist.
