Eucharistic Procession Through the Streets of Washington, D.C.
Congregate, Fr. Emilio Biosca, OFM Cap., pastor of The Shrine of the Sacred Heart, located in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C., led a large group of his parishioners and other faithful in a Eucharistic Procession throughout the neighborhood. Congregate Reemberto Rodriguez and his wife Geraldina participated in the procession. Their grandchildren attend the school at the Shrine and the oldest of the grandchildren received First Holy Communion recently. We thank him and his wife for sharing these photos. Fr. Biosca passed to Congregante on December 8, 2006. Fr. Biosca's father, Emilio Biosca, Sr., is also a Congregante and passed on December 8, 1956. Reemberto passed to Congregante on July 4, 1981.
