Esto Vir Group: Miami Chapter
The Esto Vir Group at the Miami Chapter held its formation meeting this past Wednesday, March 12, 2025. The presentation was led by Carlos Manuel Perez, a senior at Belen and valedictorian front-runner. He presented three reasons why the Catholic Church is the one true Church: Apostolic Succession, the Eucharist, and Authentic Interpretation of Scripture. Prior to the presentation, the students participated in a jeopardy style trivia game about the Catholic Church and the winning team was given the opportunity to be first in line for dinner. The student also spent some time discussing their experience of Lent and the particular sacrifices they were making.
