Congregate Visits Rome
Congregate Ramon Ferrer and his wife Mayra visited Rome, Italy, at the most opportune time. While walking through St. Peter's Square they witnessed the white smoke rising from the Sistine Chapel signifying that the Cardinals had elected a new Pope, whom we now know is Pope Leo XIV. Ramon and Mayra were also blessed to coincide with Fr. Christian A. Sáenz, S.J., the ACU's immediate past Director. Although Fr. Sáenz was busy handling interviews from various news agencies concerning the Conclave and the election, he did find some time to spend with Ramon and Mayra while in Rome. Many blessing to them and a blessed return home.

El congregante Ramón Ferrer y su esposa Mayra visitaron Roma, Italia, en el momento más oportuno. Mientras paseaban por la Plaza de San Pedro, presenciaron la humareda blanca que se elevaba desde la Capilla Sixtina, lo que significaba que los cardenales habían elegido a un nuevo Papa, que ahora sabemos es el Papa León XIV. Ramón y Mayra también tuvieron la suerte de coincidir con el P. Christian A. Sáenz, S.J., exdirector inmediato de la ACU. Aunque el P. Sáenz estaba ocupado atendiendo entrevistas de diversas agencias de noticias sobre el Cónclave y la elección, tuvo tiempo para estar con Ramón y Mayra durante su estancia en Roma.
