At the Miami Chapter, the celebrant is Fr. Rojas. Following Mass, Congregante William Cueto will present on Amendment 4 to the Declaration of Rights in the Florida Constitution. Amendment 4, titled the Right to Abortion Initiative, seeks to enshrine access to abortion in the Florida Constitution.
